These Terms govern your use of Tyzli AI, operated by Company Name Ltd (company number 00000000, registered address Street 1, City, Country).

Accounts

• You must be 16 or older and provide accurate information.
• Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Credits

Credits are prepaid units used to pay for generations. Prices in credits are shown before each generation. Failed generations are refunded in credits. Purchased credits do not expire. Daily energy from a plan burns at the end of each UTC day.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and create, within the limits of the licences of the underlying models. You must have the right to use any photo you upload, including photos of other people.

Acceptable use

- No illegal content and no content that sexualises minors. - No deceptive deepfakes of real people and no harassment. - No attempts to break, overload or resell the service without an agreement. We may hide content and pause or suspend accounts that break these rules. You receive our reasons by email and can appeal from your account.

AI-generated content

Images and videos made on Tyzli carry a machine-readable AI label. Do not remove it to present results as something they are not.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law.
