Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits it cost are returned to your balance automatically.

Purchases

If something went wrong with a purchase, write to support@example.com within 14 days. We review each request and answer within 5 business days. Credits you already spent are taken into account.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a purchase of credits or a plan within 14 days, unless you asked us to start the service right away and used it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
