# Privacy and your files

Who can see your images and uploads, where they are stored and how they are used.

Your creations and uploads belong in your private space. Here's how Tyzli handles them.

## The short version

| Question | Answer |
| --- | --- |
| Who can open my files? | Only you |
| Where are they stored? | On servers in the EU |
| Are my uploads used to train models? | No |
| Where do I find my files? | In your [Library](/library) |

## Your files are private

Everything you create or upload, including images, reference photos and film clips, is private. Only you can open it. If you want to show a result to someone, download it and share the file yourself.

## Stored in the EU

Your files are stored on servers in the European Union.

## Not used for training

We do not use your uploads to train models. Your photos are used only to create the result you asked for.

## Uploading photos

- Reference photos: up to 3 per generation, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use. This includes photos of other people: get their permission first.

## Downloading your work

Open the [Library](/library), click an item and press **Download** to save the full-size file. For films, press **Watch film** in [Tyzli Movies](/movies) and use **Download MP4**.

## Sharing

When you download and share a result, it leaves your private space. Before you post:

- Check that it doesn't show private details you don't want public.
- Label AI-generated images where the platform or your audience expects it.

> [!TIP]
> Want a copy of everything? Download your favorite results from the Library from time to time.
