### Do I need a subscription?

No. You can buy credit packs when you need them, and your credits never expire. VIP plans are optional: they add energy that refills every day. See [Credits and pricing](/guide/credits-and-pricing).

### How much is one credit?

About €0.01. The exact price in credits is shown on the button before you create anything.

### How do I get free credits?

New accounts get 60 free credits once the email is confirmed. Every day you can also top your free energy up to 20 with the **daily** button next to your balance, once per calendar day (UTC). Energy is spent before your credits and does not carry over to the next day.

### What happens if a generation fails?

Your credits are returned automatically. If only some of several images fail, only those are refunded. See [Failed generations and refunds](/guide/refunds).

### How long does an image take?

Usually 10 to 40 seconds.

### Which model should I use?

Start with Nano Banana 2 (20 credits). It's fast and follows instructions well. See [Choosing a model](/guide/choosing-a-model).

### Why can't I add a reference photo?

Only models marked **Edit** accept reference photos: Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro and Nano Banana Lite. Switch to one of them.

### How do I put text on an image?

Use Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2 or Ideogram and put the exact words in quotes. See [Complete prompting guide](/guide/prompting-guide).

### Why does the same prompt give different results?

Each generation starts from a different random point. That's how you get variants. See [How AI image generation works](/guide/how-ai-images-work).

### How do I keep the same character in several images?

Use a reference image with a Nano Banana model. See [Keeping a character consistent](/guide/character-consistency).

### Do I need to write prompts for Magic tools?

No. Upload a photo, pick options and press **Create**. See [Magic tools](/guide/magic-tools).

### Why did the chat forget what I said earlier?

Only the most recent part of a conversation, about 16,000 characters, is sent to the model. Start a new chat for a new topic. See [AI chat](/guide/ai-chat).

### How long can a film be?

The Final film block joins up to 12 clips. Tyzli Motion clips are 5 or 10 seconds each. See [Tyzli Movies overview](/guide/movies-overview).

### Why are some video models "Coming soon"?

Kling 3.0 Pro, Veo 3.1 Fast, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Wan 2.5 are still being connected. Tyzli Motion is available now. See [Camera movement](/guide/camera-movement).

### Who can see my images?

Only you. Files are stored on servers in the EU, and we don't use your uploads to train models. See [Privacy and your files](/guide/privacy-and-files).

### Where do I download my work?

In the [Library](/library). Films download as MP4 from the **Watch film** player. See [Library and downloads](/guide/library).

### Can I use photos of other people?

Only if you have the right to use them. Deceptive deepfakes of real people are not allowed. See [Content rules](/guide/content-rules).
